Peanut butter fudge

Ingredients


350g salted peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over a low flame until melted.

  2. Pour in a ceramic or glass dish (no need to line as its so fatty it slides right out).

  3. Pop in the freezer for a couple of hours to solidify.

  4. Cut and demolish.
